LIST OF PORTALS
The following is a list of known Real Estate eFiling portals that have demonstrated compliance with the Real Estate Electronic Recording Rules. Portals are websites/systems designated by Clerks of Superior Court for the public to file electronic real estate instruments. Among other requirements, the rules mandate that any portal that participates in real estate eFiling must implement certain technical specifications and provide evidence of such specifications. A direct link to each portal's technical specifications is provided.
