The Georgia Real Estate eFile Registry was created and is maintained by the GSCCCA as a gateway to Georgia eRecording.
The eFile registry assures that the authority and responsibility for land deed records continues to be vested
in the Clerks of the Superior Court. In addition, it preserves authenticity and enhances the integrity of
those records by providing that all eRecording participants are identifiable and accountable to the Clerk.
Only those who have been approved and issued a participant ID are allowed to electronically file real estate in Georgia.
